Chris Shingles is a menopause and midlife health coach with over 15 years of coaching experience, helping women rebuild their strength, confidence and energy through practical, sustainable lifestyle change.

After years working in the fitness industry and coaching women online since 2019, Chris now specialises in supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause a stage of life where many feel frustrated, exhausted and confused by a body that suddenly seems to work differently.

His approach cuts through the noise of fad diets and quick fixes, focusing on evidence-based strategies that help women lose body fat, regain energy and feel confident in their bodies again.
